Each pulley is CNC-machined from billet aluminium, dynamically balanced, and designed as a direct-fit replacement for the original lower pulley assembly.

These pulleys increase the supercharger drive ratio, spinning the Eaton TVS supercharger faster to deliver stronger boost, sharper throttle response, and a noticeable rise in mid-range torque — without compromising everyday drivability.

Range Rover Supercharger Crank Pulley Performance & Tuning

The 15% overdrive crank pulley typically increases boost pressure by around 2.5–3 psi, resulting in:

  • Power gains of +90–110 bhp on 5.0 V8 models (AJ133, TVS R1900)

  • Power gains of +80–100 bhp on 3.0 V6 models (AJ126, TVS R1320)

  • Torque increases of up to +200 Nm depending on tune and supporting mods

Because this modification alters the supercharger’s driven speed, an ECU remapping is required to optimise fuelling, ignition timing and boost control. Powerhouse can supply compatible handheld tuning modules and calibration support on request.

Driveability remains unaffected during normal use — these engines disengage the supercharger under light throttle, so economy and refinement are unchanged.

Installing your Range Rover Supercharger Crank Pulley

The Powerhouse lower pulley is a bolt-on upgrade that replaces the factory crank assembly.
Installation requires standard workshop tools, with the use of a pulley puller and torque wrench.
Professional fitting and ECU tuning are recommended for best performance and safety.
