Jaguar’s 4.0 V8 supercharged engine has always been more capable than its intercooler system allows. In factory trim, the charge-cooling circuit is marginal — there’s little thermal reserve, and under sustained load the coolant temperature climbs fast. The ECU compensates by pulling ignition timing to protect the engine, which means lost power and rising intake temperatures just when you want performance most.

Our upgraded intercooler radiator fixes that weakness. Designed as a direct replacement for the original unit, it increases both coolant capacity and heat transfer surface area — keeping intake temperatures stable during spirited driving and protecting your engine under boost.
