None of our standard rebuild kits include parts to refurbish the central rotor group. When rebuilding a TVS supercharger we would always advise assessing your rotor group condition. A failing rotor group if not addressed can and in most cases will continue to wear at a rapid rate. The basic sign of a failing rotor group is metallic oil, if you have this it is likely from the gears which are non-serviceable. Please get in touch if you have found this and need advice and options. In rare occasions bearings can have wear without impacting the gears, in these instances we do sell rotor group bearings and seals to repair with. Please be aware that Eaton Corporation themselves consider this to be an unreliable and often unsuccessful route to repair, bearings are rolled in and replacing loses retention and all timing of the rotors. We would only advise an experienced builder to attempt this kind of repair at their own risk.
Rotor bearing and seal sets start at £144, we can also sell aluminium retaining rings for TIG welding on request.
