Our Motorbike brake caliper rebuild service returns your tired, seized brake calipers to full function and efficiency. With our specialist brake caliper workshop, we have the tools, experience, and techniques to give you the peace of mind that your brake calipers are as safe and fully functional as possible.
With this brake caliper rebuild service we; fully disassemble, solvent clean then ultrasonic clean your brake calipers. After this your brake calipers are ready for us to inspect the components, and where necessary, check tolerances.
We’ll then rebuild your brake calipers using our specialist Brakemasters seal kits. Once rebuilt your brake calipers are pressure tested before getting returned to you.
Your motorbike brake calipers will be mechanically ‘good as new’, giving long term peace of mind. (The pricing below includes workshop labour time only, and the Brakemasters seal kit is in addition).
If we do find problems with your brake pistons, we take close-up photos and email these to you so you can decide if you want to replace them. We have market leading Brakemasters stainless steel pistons available, so you won’t have pitting problems again.
