Description
Jaguar XJ R-Sport 3.0 AWD V6 2018 performance upgrade pulley X351. This pulley gives a reduction of 6% (58mm Diameter), the maximum amount possible without modifying the supercharger snout. Supercharger pulleys are the most proven and best £/Bhp performance enhancement available for supercharged engines.
The pulley is CNC machined from high grade stainless steel and is produced to the highest standards of surface finish and dimensional tolerances of any pulley on the market.
Boost & Power Increase:
The 6% reduction increases supercharger speed and therefore boost. Typical gains from around 15-25Bhp depending on base model. Gains across the mid-range with remapped cars seeing up to double those figures and holding gains at peak.
Changing the pulley ratio increases supercharger rpm and produces more boost. The ECU will see the increased airflow and will compensate fuelling accordingly. This will increase power across the rpm with impressive mid-range.

Installation of the Jaguar XJ R-Sport 3.0 AWD 2018 pulley:
Some basic workshop tools are required to access to the supercharger pulley. Removal can be completed with mild heat and a suitable puller for the pulley. If you are using a conventional puller, the radiator may need removing, specific pullers for this engine may only require loosening and moving of the radiator. Alternatively, you can grind off the pulley, but some skill is required to do this without damaging the shaft.
Installing can be done by heating up the new pulley and sliding onto the shaft.
