These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products and the provision of workshop services by Powerhouse Automotive (UK) Ltd. By purchasing from us or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Scope of Terms

These Terms apply to:

  • Online sales made through powerhouse.uk, brake-masters.com, brakemasters.uk and superchargerrebuilds.uk

  • Workshop services including brake caliper refurbishment and supercharger servicing carried out by Powerhouse Automotive (UK) Ltd.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • International customers will not be charged UK VAT. However, you may be required to pay VAT, import duties, or customs charges in your own country. These are outside our control and your responsibility.

  • We accept payment via Paypal, credit/debit card, google pay, apple pay, amazon pay, Klarna, clearpay

  • Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders are not affected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders placed before 2pm, Monday–Friday, are usually dispatched the same working day.

  • We typically ship with Royal Mail, but may use other couriers where appropriate.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary, particularly for international orders.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds

Postal Items (Parts & Products):

  • Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Workshop Services (Brake & Supercharger Work):

  • We offer a 6-month warranty on workmanship for brake caliper refurbishment.

  • Completed service jobs cannot be “returned.” However, if an issue arises within the warranty period, please contact us to arrange inspection and resolution.

6. Warranty

  • Brake caliper refurbishment and workshop brake jobs carry a 6-month warranty on workmanship.

  • No warranty is given where parts have been fitted incorrectly or by an unqualified person.

  • All products must be fitted by a qualified mechanic. Failure to do so may void your warranty.

7. Liability

  • Powerhouse Automotive (UK) Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including labour charges, downtime, or third-party costs.

  • Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the goods or services supplied.

  • Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Website Use & Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, and product information on our websites are owned by Powerhouse Automotive (UK) Ltd and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

  • Information provided on the site is for guidance only. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure compatibility of parts before purchase.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
