Dispatch: If you order and pay for your goods before 2pm GMT, we will usually be able to ship your goods same day. Weekend orders (2pm Friday onwards) cannot be processed until Monday. Please note all goods must be paid in full before they are dispatched.
Delivery Estimates: We always post items without delay, but PLEASE be aware that all delivery dates stated are estimates based on target performance by the mail services. Those dates are NOT guarantees, they are ‘best possible’, and actual times can be much slower.
UK Customers: Most UK items get free Royal Mail 1st class post. Please be aware that 1st class letters usually take a couple of days, and packages can take around 1 week. If you need your item fast, please select Special Delivery. On larger or heavier items there may be additional postage costs at checkout.
Overseas Delivery Estimates: Irrespective of any estimated delivery dates, international post can take up to 3 weeks depending on how quickly items are processed when they arrive in your country. We have no control over this, so please try to accept that we are not responsible for slow post.
In particular, mail to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Italy, Spain, and Portugal may take just one week, but more often takes 3 weeks or more.
Overseas Tracking: We ship all international sales from the UK with a tracked service. The only exceptions to this are low value items going to Germany or Australia (Which we offer a non-tracked service for).
VAT: All our UK sales include 20% VAT. If you are buying from outside of the UK, then no UK VAT is included in the sale. Customs may request VAT or duty as the parts are imported into your own country.
Collections: If you happen to be in the area, you are welcome to come and collect any goods. We ask that you call in advance so that we can prepare in advance any items which we need to.
