If you leave your tired supercharger to become increasingly noisy and wear badly, it will become scrap. However, if you respond in time to early noises, a rebuild with renewed snout bearing, snout seal, rear needle roller bearings and oil refill should give your Eaton supercharger a new lease of life.
We can rebuild your M112, M90, M62 or M45 supercharger for as little as £305. Telephone us or email email@example.com to discuss your requirements.
Please be aware the centre pair of bearings at the base of the rotor pack (between rotors and drive gears) are not included in the rebuild service, Eaton literally rolled the metal of the supercharger casting onto the outer race of these bearings to secure them at assembly, meaning the casing has to be fractured to remove them. They rarely fail but if they do your supercharger may not be economically recoverable.
If you have access to a hydraulic press, see our Supercharger Parts page for DIY rebuild kits.
